Earth observation, space exploration, space visions, and policies are the focal points of the sixth edition of the International Space Forum at the Ministerial Level - The Gulf Chapter. The event was hosted in Manama, the capital of the Kingdom of Bahrain on July the 2nd. The 2024 edition, themed "“Space as a game-changer for diplomacy and economic development in the region”was organized by the Italian Space Agency, the International Astronautical Federation, and the National Space Science Agency.ASI attended the event with a delegation led by President Teodoro Valente. The Forum targeted ministers and authorities responsible for space activities, research, science, technology, and education and heads of space agencies in the Gulf region. Space agencies from around the world and relevant organizations were also invited as observers. Following the Forum, the delegations endorsed a final declaration named "The Manama Page," representing the shared views of the participating countries. This declaration will be added to the legacy of previous years: Trento, Nairobi, Buenos Aires, Reggio Calabria and Panama.
